The Kingdom of Tysa is one of the great nations of the North Broadlands (see World of Sryth). You'll be spending a lot of time here, so you might as well get to know the place. The Kingdom of Tysa is essentially divided into a 3x3 grid, containing a central section and one section for each of the eight points of the compass.
Basic map
The Kingdom of Tysa |
An entirely different area that is contained within the Kingdom of Tysa is Saarngard Isle. Although Saarngard Isle is geographically closest to Northern Tysa, you can't travel there the usual way. You can only reach it via Trithik, after certain prerequisites have been met.
Similarly, Iron Crown Isle is in Southeast Tysa but you can't travel there. You must go to the nearest town, Westmere, and step through a portal.
Another area in the game, the Nevernal Realm of Kyul-Thanor (which is accessible through Talinus), is not within the Kingdom of Tysa, nor even in the world of Sryth. It is not a travel location at all.
The camp of the Painted Peddler is a special location that moves at random and can appear near any of the mainland locations. The Adventure Finder can be used to determine its precise location.
If you purchase a Residence, you will be able to choose its location from among the nine quadrants and a variety of cities and regions.
Some adventures will take you beyond the limits of the Kingdom, always to return. There is (yet) no way to exit the Kingdom of Tysa except during adventures.
