Changed above - to emphasize that even though it is a "staff" it is really a bashing weapon (and gives xp to the bashing subskill).
Also, so far the "Energy Drain" power seems to happen infrequently and do little when it does.
Is there any chance that it heals (since the original owner healed in combat)? That's what I'm testing now...
